KLINGELNBERG P100 GEAR MEASURING CENTER
Leveraging State-of-the-Art Technology to Ensure Optimal Safety and Precision.
Introducing the P100 precision measuring centers, a realm of fully automatic CNC-controlled marvels meticulously
engineered to compactly accommodate workpiece diameters up to 1,000 mm. Designed with a multifaceted purpose, these
machines stand as quintessential tools for inspecting a diverse array of components, including cylindrical gears, pinion
type cutters, shaving cutters, worms and worm wheels hobs, bevel gears, and axially symmetrical workpieces entailing
general dimension, shape, and positional deviations. Furthermore, they are well-equipped for tasks encompassing cam and
camshaft measurement, as well as rotor measurement.
A hallmark of the P100's prowess is its adaptability to the production floor environment. Thanks to temperature
compensation, the machine yields reliable measurement outcomes even within the temperature range of +15°C to +35°C.
Bolstering its accuracy is a rapid and precise measurement acquisition mechanism, synergistically aligned with a
high-precision workpiece turntable.
Distinguishing itself further, the P100 is primed for a versatile array of measurement tasks to be executed within a
single clamping operation. This functionality encompasses a spectrum of measurements, spanning from coordinates and
shape to gear tooth and roughness analyses. A dynamic 3D tracer head endowed with scanning capabilities contributes to
this versatility, allowing for digital measurement acquisition across all coordinate directions.
The P100 maintains a robust foundation of high basic accuracy underscored by minimal tolerances. The operational
spectrum extends to an intuitive graphical programming environment and a user-friendly software operating concept,
culminating in a seamless user experience. Most notably, the expeditious availability of measuring results translates to
significant time savings, a characteristic attributed to the P100's efficacy.
